Orders placed on bascomturner.com are currently available for shipment to the United States and Canada. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the US and Canada, please call us at 1-800-225-3298 or 781-769-9660, as special restrictions or procedures may apply.
Shipping costs depend on the option you choose; for online orders we currently offer flat rates for Ground ($9.95), 3-day ($19.95), and 2-day ($29.95) options. If you would like to place an order for overnight delivery, please call us at 1-800-225-3298 or 781-769-9660.
We use UPS, FedEx and DHL for our shipments. At this time we are not able to ship online orders using a customer’s own account. If you would like us to ship on your account, please call us directly.
All shipments are based on availability. In general, your order should be shipped within 5 business days. If for some reason we are not able to ship in that time period, we will update you as to the status of your order and estimated shipment date.
You can check on the status of any order placed on bascomturner.com by logging into your account and selecting ‘My Account’ from the top navigation bar. You will see an overview of all previous orders, and from here you can click “view” to see details on a specific order.
You may return most unused items sold and shipped by Bascom-Turner within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Partial Refunds may be issued for the following items:
- Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery
- Items that have obvious signs of use
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape or software that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted)
- Items not returned in the condition they were received
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time for us to receive your return from the shipper, to process your return once we receive it, and for your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you once we've received and processed the returned item.
